Lead Consultant – EPM Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple mid- to large-scale and intricate consulting projects simultaneously

• Formulate and execute long-term strategies for clients

• Collect system and business requirements, design and develop Planning Cloud solutions, write calculation scripts, and create applications from start to finish

• Direct technical team members in delivering EPM/BI solutions while offering best-practice business process solutions

• Act as both a functional and technical authority independently or collaboratively

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, updating them on project status, challenges, and modifications

• Evaluate clients' business goals, challenges, and technology needs

• Counsel clients regarding technology solutions and tools

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements

• Provide continuous post-implementation technical assistance

• Monitor the performance of solutions and suggest updates, enhancements, or modifications

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering

• Proven experience leading 5-6 complete Oracle Planning Cloud implementations

• In-depth expertise in Oracle Planning Cloud tools

• Experience in leading functional and technical design discussions and deploying Oracle Planning Cloud solutions

• Familiarity with implementing Oracle Planning Cloud modules such as Workforce, CapEx, Projects, PCM, or Strategic Modeling

• Experience managing a team of consultants and overseeing deliverables

• Strong skills in writing Essbase calculation scripts

• Preferred consulting experience in a comparable role within a professional services firm or strategic industry experience is essential

• Prior experience in IT companies is required

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technologies and systems

• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication

• Outstanding skills in managing complex projects
