Inclusion Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Inclusion and a reliable adviser.

• Develop and execute the bank's Inclusion strategy.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and sustainable results.

• Utilize insights, research, data, and partnerships from both internal and external sources to guide strategic priorities and track progress.

• Recognize and manage inclusion-related risks in alignment with the bank's mission, values, and regulatory requirements.

• Integrate inclusive considerations into business decisions, policies, processes, and employee experiences.

• Cultivate relationships with business leaders, centers of expertise, suppliers, networks, external partners, and industry organizations.

• Lead and contribute to strategic projects focused on inclusion and accessibility.

• Mentor and influence stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Evaluate impact, identify risks, and promote continuous improvement.

• Assist in designing inclusive and accessible products, processes, and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in financial services or another heavily regulated sector.

• Familiarity with employment legislation, accessibility, and inclusion principles.

• Understanding of organizational development, human resources, culture change, or employee relations.

• Experience in shaping customer propositions and service design.

• Proven track record in proactively managing risk, compliance, and reputational challenges within a complex organization.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of reputation management, employment law, and the UK Equality Act.

• Experience in change management, process improvement, and organizational transformation.

• Proficient consulting and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and foster trusted relationships across internal and external networks.
