Senior Solution Architect – Sales AI Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with application teams to design, develop, and sustain scalable full-stack solutions tailored for enterprise sales workflows.

• Provide guidance on technical solutions encompassing front-end, back-end, APIs, data services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

• Convert product requirements and business objectives into secure, maintainable solutions and user-friendly experiences.

• Incorporate generative AI models, AI services, APIs, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows into production applications.

• Create application architectures that prioritize performance, availability, observability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

• Facilitate technical design discussions, evaluate implementation strategies, make architectural decisions, and assess emerging technologies.

• Enhance engineering practices related to testing, code quality, continuous integration and delivery, monitoring, documentation, and production readiness.

• Analyze complex problems and devise solutions to enhance reliability and user experience.

• Mentor engineers, share technical expertise, and contribute to engineering standards and collaborative team practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience, including the development and operation of production applications.

• Experience in creating full-stack applications utilizing modern front-end, back-end, and web application technologies.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages or frameworks, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies.

• Experience in designing APIs, distributed applications, data services, enterprise integrations, scalable cloud applications, databases, and messaging systems.

• Background in integrating AI or machine learning features through APIs, models, retrieval systems, or AI services.

• Knowledge of software architecture, system design, security, testing, observability, and production operations.

• Capability to lead technical initiatives, make educated engineering decisions, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and mentor engineers.

• Experience in developing generative AI applications, such as AI assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, AI productivity tools, Python-based AI services, large language model APIs, vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation.

• Proven ability to integrate traditional software systems with AI models and data pipelines, advancing AI capabilities from prototype to production.

• Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, access controls, security, or enterprise AI governance.

• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, infrastructure as code, DevOps practices, application performance, reliability, scalability, observability, cloud cost efficiency, or globally distributed engineering teams.
