Senior Solution Architect – PubSec

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead one or multiple workstreams in complex enterprise customer engagements.

• Collaborate with partners to realize customer vision and fulfill key deliverables.

• Act as a hands-on advisor and expert in Salesforce products and platforms.

• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients.

• Identify and spearhead internal initiatives to enhance the consulting practice.

• Contribute to the community's knowledge base and expertise.

• Assist customers and colleagues in evaluating and implementing technologies that boost business value.

• Articulate complex concepts and offer innovative, prescriptive solutions across various levels of client organizations.

• Identify and proactively manage risk areas until they are fully resolved.

• Oversee customer expectations and negotiate solutions with clients and third-party partners.

• Review and refine project/program direction, strategy, and key deliverables.

• Propel program vision and provide guidance on program/project strategies leveraging Salesforce platform technologies.

• Analyze requirements and information to develop comprehensive solutions.

• Facilitate presentations and discovery sessions.

• Engage with Customer Success, Product teams, cloud-specific practice teams, internal communities, and the external marketplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise-level projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the entire life cycle.

• Extensive background in configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.

• Authority-level experience in defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering comprehensive solutions.

• Proven experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs.

• Skilled in detailing business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, and similar methods.

• Strong presentation capabilities.

• Ability to learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with large-scale/enterprise implementations involving multiple work streams.

• Ability to connect with individuals in diverse roles.

• Resourceful and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills.

• Potential travel of approximately 25%.

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is mandatory.

• Must be a Canadian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance.

• Reliability Clearance requires 5 years of verifiable work and residence history, typically from within Canada.

• Secret Clearance necessitates 10 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada.

• Preferred: experience delivering high-value business outcomes using an agile approach.

• Preferred: proven results showcasing customer and/or partner success stories.

• Preferred: Experience Cloud knowledge.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended.

• Preferred: experience with Public Sector clients.
