📋 Description

• Determine how Empower's pre-built AI solutions integrate into customer workflows.

• Outline manual tasks to eliminate, data collected automatically during work, and uses of agentic automation.

• Take ownership of the Empower solution design for each account, which includes work order execution, notifications, time and material confirmation, measurement readings, parts handling, and offline field activities.

• Conduct onsite evaluations and workshops with maintenance, reliability, and IT stakeholders.

• Create design documentation for functional consultants to implement.

• Establish future maintenance and repair processes for technicians, supervisors, and storeroom personnel.

• Make and justify decisions regarding SAP PM integration, master data organization, mobile configuration, as well as security roles and access permissions.

• Measure business cases using metrics such as wrench time, schedule adherence, backlog status, and PM completion rates.

• Present solution designs and business cases to customer executives.

• Visit active accounts to assess deployed designs in relation to current operations.

• Develop action plans distinguishing design adjustments from configuration, data, and training tasks, including owners, sequencing, and effort required.

• Discover expansion opportunities across processes, locations, and capabilities.

• Mentor functional consultants on maintenance processes and design rationale.

• Assist account executives with technical investigations and solution scoping.

• Showcase the design methodology to potential clients.

• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations.

• Travel internationally to customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a maintenance or reliability technician, craft supervisor, or MRO lead in a refinery, plant, mill, or mine.

• More than 5 years in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting, responsible for solution design and conducting onsite process assessments and gap analyses at industrial clients.

• Proven experience transitioning a site from paper-based work orders to mobile maintenance execution.

• History of identifying design or process deficiencies in active accounts and developing actionable plans.

• Proficient knowledge of maintenance and repair operations, including notification intake, work order processes, confirmation discipline, parts management, and data quality during closeout.

• Capability to present a quantified business case to operations and IT executives while effectively communicating with shop floor teams.

• Experience in defining security roles and access permissions for maintenance systems.

• Solid understanding of AI, encompassing large language models, retrieval of technical documentation, agentic automation, and predictive maintenance models.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and practical maintenance experience.

• Located in North America with the legal right to work there.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Ability to comply with plant, refinery, and mine site safety and access regulations.

• Preferred: CMRP, CRL, or similar maintenance and reliability certification.

• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA asset management and integration patterns to SAP such as PO, ECC, and APIs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with maintenance KPI frameworks including backlog health, schedule compliance, PM/PdM completion, MTBF, and MTTR.

• Preferred: Practical experience with AI tools, including LLM-based assistants, retrieval of equipment and procedure documentation, or predictive modeling.

• Preferred: Experience in mentoring technicians, planners, or consultants.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
