Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, support, and operations.

• Independently oversee the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and perform administrative tasks.

• Configure the platform utilizing its products and advanced features.

• Convert business and functional requirements into technical solutions, software architectures, and integration strategies.

• Establish and refine architecture, integration, security, performance, and scalability standards.

• Make informed decisions regarding system integration, API design, messaging, and component structure.

• Evaluate technical impacts across the frontend, backend, database, external services, and integrations.

• Identify risks, technical limitations, and dependencies while proposing mitigation strategies.

• Serve as the technical leader for the development team.

• Organize and allocate tasks among developers.

• Oversee technical execution across multiple projects and integration workstreams.

• Participate in planning and implementing complex features.

• Conduct code and architecture reviews.

• Ensure that software is thoroughly reviewed and tested prior to release to users.

• Provide direct support to the team in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

• Act as the main technical liaison for the client’s IT leadership.

• Lead discussions on requirements, feasibility, architecture, and technical prioritization.

• Articulate technical concepts, risks, and constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with project management, business stakeholders, and development teams.

• Function as a trusted advisor and assist in making technical decisions and evolving architecture.

• Produce technical status updates and progress reports.

• Advocate for SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, test automation, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.

• Protect performance, scalability, security, observability, and maintainability.

• Aid in the creation and evolution of technical documentation.

• Contribute reusable standards, technical references, and promote knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate or advanced level.

• Extensive experience with .NET and C#.

• Proficient in API and service development and design.

• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Familiarity with cloud-to-cloud integrations.

• Knowledge of Entity Framework Core.

• Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, and query development.

• Understanding and implementation of messaging systems, preferably RabbitMQ.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity services, preferably Auth0.

• Proficient in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.

• Familiarity with web applications developed in Angular and TypeScript.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and preferably SCSS.

• Experience in the development and governance of reusable components.

• Ability to integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.

• Capability to assess impacts across the frontend, backend, and data persistence layers.

• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.

• Experience with Azure DevOps for activity tracking and delivery lifecycle management.

• Experience in conducting code and architecture reviews.

• Understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.

• Experience focusing on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Familiarity with agile practices and participation in ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Planning, and Retrospectives.

• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Cloud Fusion, TOTVS, or similar academic systems and ERPs.

• Preferred: experience with integrating SaaS platforms and multi-cloud environments.

• Preferred: knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration governance.

• Preferred: prior experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Systems Architect.

• Preferred: consulting experience or direct client-facing roles.
