Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical and architectural decisions for digital projects and programs.

• Design modern, modular, scalable, and secure architectures.

• Define the architecture for Agentforce solutions, including the data model for grounding through Data Cloud, Topics, Actions, and governance mechanisms.

• Design integration architectures between Salesforce and critical systems such as ERP, CRM, ticketing, and legacy systems.

• Apply principles of API-led connectivity.

• Manage and prioritize technical decisions within the backlog.

• Participate in architecture sessions and solution definition.

• Identify and propose innovative solutions to address technical and business challenges.

• Support the technical team in preventing, identifying, and resolving issues.

• Engage with client stakeholders to present the technical status, discuss opportunities, and define roadmaps.

• Ensure the technical quality of solutions and prevent the creation of technical debt.

• Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in software architecture or enterprise solutions.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce projects or equivalent multi-system integrations.

• Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce architecture.

• Knowledge of the interactions between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Strong experience or knowledge in Agentforce architecture.

• Understanding of Data Cloud, including Data Model Objects, Identity Resolution, and Calculated Insights.

• Experience in integration and API architecture.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, and Change Data Capture.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security models: Sharing Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets.

• Experience with cloud architectures and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• A current Salesforce architecture certification is required: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, or Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer.

• In the absence of certification, demonstrable experience of 2+ years leading multi-cloud Salesforce solution architecture may be considered.

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Telecommunications, or related fields.

• Equivalent work experience will also be considered even if a formal professional degree is not held.
