Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Generate referrals and co-selling opportunities through Oracle EPM contacts.

• Cultivate relationships with centers of influence, systems integrators, and referring firms.

• Act as a representative of Bryant Park Consulting within the Oracle Partner Network.

• Engage in partner enablement, account planning, and pipeline reviews.

• Analyze requirements and RFP documents to create RFP responses and bids.

• Lead scoping sessions and formulate implementation plans and estimates.

• Define timelines, functional processes, technical specifications, and data migration strategies.

• Draft implementation proposals, statements of work, project plans, and resource allocations.

• Present solutions and implementation strategies to client stakeholders alongside Oracle teams.

• Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines while managing proposal feedback and revisions.

• Communicate the firm's advantages and facilitate introductions to the professional services team.

• Mobilize delivery teams post-win and serve as the executive sponsor during implementation.

• Cultivate long-term client relationships and promote additional Oracle EPM services.

• Support go-to-market initiatives, including marketing content, webinars, Oracle conferences, and OPN sponsorships.

• Act as an Oracle EPM thought leader and assist in internal enablement and coaching.

• Report to the Director of Sales & Solution Architecture and drive practice growth through sales and booking targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle EPM consulting.

• An active and well-established network within Oracle's EPM sales and solution consulting organization.

• Previous experience in selling and delivering solutions alongside Oracle.

• Established trusted relationships with Oracle account executives and solution engineers.

• Capability to quickly comprehend new business models, financial processes, and corporate team dynamics.

• Proven ability to architect and propose EPM solutions and implementation strategies.

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, and Profitability and Cost Management.
