Senior Software Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture while identifying opportunities to refine code, ensuring optimal performance of mainframe systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate intricate system interactions to ensure the continuous operation of mission-critical applications.

• Extract business logic from legacy systems for the purpose of migration or integration with cloud-based services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer on complex software development projects.

• Strong coding abilities and substantial development experience (Java, Springboot, Quarkus, GraphQL, Kafka, SpringBatch, ApacheFlink), along with debugging and problem-solving expertise.

• Familiarity with software development methodologies, with a track record of creating scalable and robust software solutions.

• Proficient in both relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and RESTful web services.

• Understanding of architectural design, including Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & AKS), and messaging queues.

• Comprehensive knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.

• Experience with Azure components.
