Senior Software Engineering Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain solutions on Oracle Siebel CRM 2013/2015 within a high-stakes environment.

• Create and oversee Siebel configurations and customizations, encompassing Business Components, Business Services, Workflows, EAI, and business rules.

• Architect, implement, and sustain integrations between Siebel and both legacy and contemporary corporate systems.

• Construct ACLs using Java + Spring Boot (VEXA) for converting SOAP to REST and REST to SOAP.

• Create ACLs for event publishing and consumption in Kafka, emphasizing reliability and traceability.

• Maintain standards of quality, security, observability, and resilience across integrations and APIs.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance tuning within Siebel, integrations, and Oracle Database.

• Develop and manage YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps for building, testing, validating, and deploying applications.

• Assist in architectural decision-making and offer technical guidance to the team regarding engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with business and operations teams to guarantee continuity and advancement of services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Analyst with Oracle Siebel CRM, particularly versions 2013 and 2015.

• Proficient in Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflows, Business Services, EAI, and integration patterns.

• Practical experience with Oracle Database and advanced SQL for analysis and performance enhancement.

• Experience in developing ACLs using Java + Spring Boot (VEXA).

• Familiarity with creating ACLs for two-way SOAP/REST conversion.

• Proven experience in developing ACLs for event publishing and consumption in Kafka.

• Background in integrating legacy systems with modern API- and event-driven architectures.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, encompassing Repos, Boards, and YAML Pipelines.

• Understanding of Siebel Open UI and experience with service and sales channels.

• Comprehension of event-driven architecture at scale and Kafka topic governance.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns: idempotency, retries, DLQ, traceability, and API contracts.

• Awareness of security measures for APIs and integrations: authentication, authorization, encryption, and audit trails.

• Knowledge of observability concepts: metrics, distributed logs, and tracing.

• Experience in telecom and B2C/B2B environments.

• Familiarity with practices for quality assurance, versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Essential AI knowledge: automation in customer service and operations processes; classification and routing of requests; support for operational prioritization; productivity enhancements in software engineering; AI governance, data quality, and responsible usage in a corporate setting.
