Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow, CSM, Custom Application

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.

• Design and implement customizations in ServiceNow based on both functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues on the ServiceNow platform.

• Diagnose and resolve challenges related to CSM, integrations, portals, and various other ServiceNow modules.

• Provide support and maintenance for ServiceNow modules.

• Oversee and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to deliver efficient ServiceNow solutions.

• Engage in platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and performance optimization efforts.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

• Document technical solutions, workflows, and resolutions to issues.

• Execute deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with ServiceNow CSM and Custom Applications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.

• Proficient in implementing and developing customizations based on functional and technical requirements.

• Experience with large-scale and complex professional services projects.

• Advanced skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis on the ServiceNow platform.

• Familiarity with CSM, integrations, portals, and other ServiceNow modules.

• Experience in supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules.

• Proficiency in managing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements.

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

• Required: Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Required: Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS-ITSM certification.
