Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Organizational Change Management strategies for ServiceNow deployments and transformation initiatives

• Conduct change impact assessments and assess organizational preparedness

• Create and oversee stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies

• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and end users to ensure effective change adoption

• Design and deliver training programs, user enablement initiatives, and educational materials

• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and readiness evaluations

• Measure and report on adoption metrics, user engagement, and business results

• Identify and address change-related risks and resistance

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and sustainment activities following implementation

• Work closely with ServiceNow delivery, consulting, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced ServiceNow Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

• Background in ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or similar modules (preferred)

• Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or comparable (preferred)

• Experience in supporting large-scale digital transformation projects (preferred)

• ServiceNow certification is an advantage
