Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create solutions on the Salesforce platform utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform functionalities.

• Engage in establishing the architecture and technical design for new features.

• Offer technical leadership for initiatives of medium to high complexity.

• Perform code reviews and advocate for best practices in development.

• Detect and resolve intricate issues within production environments.

• Design and execute integrations with both internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events, and asynchronous mechanisms.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions tailored for the Salesforce platform.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform best practices regarding security, performance, and governance.

• Assist in the technical growth of the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of development processes and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in developing on the Salesforce platform.

• Background in large-scale enterprise projects.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably Kanban.

• Experience in supporting and enhancing business-critical applications.

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Apex.

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Proficient in maintaining and supporting Aura Components.

• Understanding of Flows, Process Automation, and Approval Processes.

• Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.

• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

• Familiarity with synchronous and asynchronous integrations.

• Knowledge of Platform Events.

• Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable, and Scheduled Jobs.

• Proficient in Git and source code version control.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling.

• Understanding of Salesforce platform security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and the Security Model.

• Familiarity with design patterns used in the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Experience in test-driven development and software quality assurance.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

• Salesforce Application Architect certification is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce Shield is beneficial.

• Experience with Experience Cloud is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is a plus.

• Experience in high-volume enterprise environments is a plus.

• Understanding of DevOps practices as applied to Salesforce is a plus.

• Experience serving as a technical reference for the team is beneficial.
