• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with governmental partners and technical leaders on Salesforce architecture.
• Lead the architectural design of Salesforce implementations.
• Establish and uphold governance, security, and scalability standards.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems utilizing APIs, middleware like Mulesoft, and event-driven architectures.
• Offer expertise on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Evaluate technical documentation and perform code reviews.
• Define best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, automation strategies, and testing frameworks.
• Operate in an agile environment to deliver user-centric features.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Engage in recruitment processes, including referrals, interviews, and debriefs.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Lead a team of engineers and work alongside governmental partners.
• Over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Proficient in integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, ETL tools, or event-driven architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with programming languages or frameworks outside Salesforce, such as .NET, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong grasp of user interface design best practices for Salesforce applications.
• Ability to strategically evaluate trade-offs and consider short-term versus long-term benefits.
• Capability to define and enforce governance policies, security best practices, and scalability principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Determination to troubleshoot issues and iterate in functioning code.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and maintain a positive outlook.

• Capability to meet requirements for relevant government contracts.
