Entry Level Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Salesforce and its associated applications, including Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, Marketing Cloud, LEAH, and Calendly.

• Respond to support tickets effectively.

• Oversee user access and manage licenses.

• Resolve data synchronization issues with Salesforce.

• Configure fields, layouts, and flows within Salesforce.

• Develop skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components.

• Acquire knowledge and support applications related to Salesforce.

• Collaborate with AI agents to analyze, design, construct, debug, and troubleshoot issues.

• Manage AI-generated tasks in accordance with company AI usage policies.

• Engage in the review process of changes prior to production deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have developed a project on Salesforce during an internship, co-op, academic project, or personal endeavor.

• Proficient in coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.

• Capable of independently learning new applications.

• Willing to undergo hands-on training for applications utilized around Salesforce.

• Able to articulate a solution in simple terms to individuals outside of IT.

• Possess a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Candidates for positions based in North America must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
