Senior Software Engineer, Rust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain the solution.

• Proactively recognize and promote product development opportunities.

• Confirm the solution with the client through demonstrations.

• Efficiently and effectively resolve any identified bugs.

• Collaborate with the team using Agile methodology.

• Provide support to teammates.

• Participate in standups with the customer.

• Create a new set of tools that enable organizations to build and deploy Physical Agents on physical assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.

• Strong expertise in Rust.

• Familiarity with Python.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools integrated into your engineering workflow, with a clear understanding of their strengths and limitations.

• Background in designing and developing distributed applications, including RESTful APIs and inter-service communication.

• Knowledge of software security principles such as authentication, authorization, secure communication, and API security.

• Understanding of virtualization technologies.

• Proficient in containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Git.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

• Knowledge of public cloud services.

• Working knowledge of Linux systems.

• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

• Nice-to-have: Experience with AI system engineering, particularly in building LLM-based applications and agentic AI solutions.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Bash.

• Nice-to-have: Understanding of core networking concepts and protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, firewalls, routing, etc.).

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, processing, and integration.
