Senior Software Engineer, .NET Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement event-driven microservices and APIs utilizing .NET Core and C#

• Construct full-stack features using React for the front end alongside .NET/Azure for backend services

• Create consumer-driven APIs that adhere to API-first design principles

• Partner with architects and technical leads to outline and enhance scalable solutions

• Break down complex epics and user stories into manageable, testable development tasks

• Produce high-quality, maintainable, and secure code with robust unit and integration test coverage

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and design principles

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing software applications

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions

• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting growth and the adoption of best practices

• Keep technical documentation up to date for developed features and services

• Adjust to evolving requirements, technologies, and system integrations

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in high-pressure environments

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Over 5 years of experience in full-stack software development using C#/.NET Core and React

• Expert understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven design patterns

• Practical experience with Kafka or comparable event streaming platforms

• Strong knowledge of Azure services including API Management (APIM), Key Vault, and cloud-native deployments

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Terraform for container orchestration and infrastructure automation

• Experience with ArgoCD or similar GitOps deployment tools

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)

• Exposure to Blazor is advantageous

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices

• Preferred experience in orchestrating and transforming across distributed backend systems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities

• Proven ability to work independently while managing several projects

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members

• High adaptability, resilience, and capability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments

• Strong customer service mindset and urgency in delivering impactful solutions
