Senior Software Engineer – FullStack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Designing, constructing, and maintaining responsive front-end applications leveraging React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Developing robust and scalable APIs along with backend services utilizing C# and .NET technologies.

• Engaging with application, domain, and data access layers within a well-structured enterprise architecture.

• Designing, developing, and optimizing SQL Server / T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and various database objects.

• Facilitating integrations among front-end applications, backend services, databases, and both third-party and internal platforms.

• Working with cloud-hosted environments and infrastructure, including AWS services such as EC2 and RDS.

• Contributing to software quality through code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Supporting CI/CD and release processes by utilizing tools like Jenkins and contemporary front-end build systems.

• Actively participating in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborating closely with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver significant business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or in a comparable position.

• Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and developing APIs / backend services.

• Strong front-end development background using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Significant experience with SQL Server and T-SQL, especially in data-intensive applications.

• Familiarity with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.

• Good understanding of Entity Framework and common repository/data access patterns.

• Knowledge of AWS, including services such as EC2, RDS, and relevant infrastructure concepts.

• Experience working within Agile teams and engaging in standard delivery ceremonies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in complex enterprise environments.
