Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer, SQL, SSRS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain customized applications and intricate reports utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, and frameworks such as .NET or similar tools.

• Execute all stages of the system development lifecycle: planning, design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.

• Enhance database structures and queries for optimal performance and scalability.

• Create and integrate user-friendly front-end interfaces with backend systems.

• Document solutions through clear coding practices, flowcharts, diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Perform software testing, debugging, and quality assurance to guarantee dependable updates and deployments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and deliver customized technical solutions.

• Offer training and support to clients or internal teams regarding application maintenance and updates.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Development Team and internal software processes.

• Improve customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and timely solution delivery.

• Address and resolve development challenges within designated service levels, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and changes.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the software and its alignment with customer objectives, especially within educational or enterprise contexts.

• Monitor time, expenses, and project tasks using appropriate tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS report design.

• Full stack development experience with strong expertise in .NET or similar frameworks.

• Solid skills in database design, optimization, and integration with web or desktop platforms.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SIS, LMS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Library Management Systems, Admissions and Enrollment Management Systems, Facilities and Campus Management Systems, or Analytics/BI Tools (e.g., Power BI).

• Experience in working with educational institutions or similar complex organizational settings is advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while ensuring attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving and technical diagnostics.

• BA/BS in computer science, software development, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of development experience, focusing on SQL Server, SSRS, and full stack application development.
