Senior Software Engineer – Full-stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain full-stack features utilizing Angular and C#/.NET.

• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to evaluate requirements and convert them into technical designs and implementation strategies.

• Employ AI coding assistants on a daily basis to expedite development while ensuring quality and maintainability.

• Create, develop, and sustain RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Build and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to guarantee software quality, reliability, and to avoid regressions.

• Design, optimize, and manage SQL queries and database logic across SQL Server and Oracle platforms.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for developers.

• Engage in code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards, including the quality and correctness of AI-generated code.

• Guide other developers and contribute to team standards and responsible AI-assisted workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Angular, C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Oracle.

• Practical experience with API design and integration patterns.

• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.

• Sound judgment regarding performance, cost, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

• Capability to utilize AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and Amazon Kiro.

• Ability to generate and validate code, support refactoring efforts, and uphold code quality and security.

• Experience in developing unit, integration, and automated tests.

• Experience in crafting and optimizing SQL queries and database logic.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and business stakeholders.

• Capacity to participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.

• Ability to mentor fellow developers.

• Skill in creating clear and comprehensive developer documentation.
