Senior Software Engineer – Dynamics 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform that support intricate business processes across various teams and markets.

• Lead architectural and integration projects that connect Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.

• Drive major technical initiatives, such as platform upgrades, migrations, and modernizing environments.

• Mentor engineers while promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

• Advocate for the effective use of AI tools and contemporary engineering practices.

• Represent technology initiatives through architecture reviews, technical discussions, and community engagement efforts.

• Influence the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a global organization.

• Participate in architectural decision-making, engineering excellence, and long-term technology strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Hands-on expertise with Power Platform and Dataverse.

• Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.

• Proven track record in designing and executing end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.

• Understanding of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery frameworks.

• Capability to make informed technical decisions and take responsibility for results.

• Enthusiasm for mentoring and fostering the development of fellow engineers.

• Practical experience employing AI tools in software engineering processes.

• Proficiency in professional English.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications (preferred).

• Experience with Python, FastAPI, or Flask (preferred).

• Familiarity with Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Apache Kafka (preferred).

• Experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems (preferred).
