Senior Software Engineer – C++

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop new features and improve existing functionalities from design through testing and deployment.

• Operate within an agile sprint framework to consistently deliver high-quality software.

• Assess and enhance the performance of distributed systems.

• Collaborate with architecture, QA, and operational teams to establish a top-tier storage service.

• Create highly usable, dependable, and scalable cloud storage solutions for Akamai's Connected Cloud platform.

• Over 7 years of pertinent experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Significant experience in C++ development.

• Extensive background in developing system software within a Linux environment.

• Proven track record of delivering reliable and secure software solutions.

• Experience in an agile development setting.
