Senior Software Engineer – Azure, SAP, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise applications utilizing Go (Golang), Python, and Microsoft Azure, focusing on cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Create integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA, APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven systems leveraging Azure API Management, Service Bus, and Event Hubs.

• Embed AI and LLM functionalities into applications, which include agents, RAG, and tool/function calling, while also utilizing AI-assisted development tools.

• Connect databases, APIs, and enterprise services, ensuring the application is secure, observable, scalable, and reliable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English for documentation, technical communication, and engagement with stakeholders.

• Proven experience in developing enterprise applications using Go (Golang) and Python.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with integrating applications with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA through APIs, OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, middleware, or other SAP integration techniques.

• Experience with Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Hubs, PostgreSQL, Entra ID, Key Vault, CI/CD, and observability.

• Background in REST APIs, microservices, distributed architectures, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architectures.

• Understanding of SQL and relational databases, including PostgreSQL, application-database integration, and Redis or distributed caching technologies.

• Experience in integrating AI functionalities into applications, including LLMs, AI agents, tool/function calling, and RAG, along with using tools like GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or Claude Code during development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with technical and business audiences.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Well-organized, with a keen focus on solution quality and maintainability.
