Senior Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of Risk Adjustment and Reinsurance initiatives.

• Adhere to directives from Program Leadership.

• Comprehend strategic business requirements and propose solutions to program leadership.

• Offer guidance and direction to technical subject matter experts regarding CMS EDGE, DFTO, RADV, and IDR projects.

• Achieve contractual performance standards, including SLAs and KPIs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to assess requirements and track schedules and risks.

• Create work products, operational methodologies, and training materials in partnership with CMS CCIIO leadership and internal program management.

• Lead client interactions including marketing, proposal preparation, delivery, and execution.

• Propel client objectives and goals to fruition across both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee team workload and provide weekly updates on assignments.

• Evaluate engagement performance, risks, issues, solution impact, service delivery commitments, and client relationships.

• Prepare Level of Effort estimates and conduct change-request impact analyses.

• Integrate program management with technical oversight across cloud and enterprise platforms such as AWS and Salesforce.

• Enhance effectiveness in incident, problem, and change management.

• Advocate for automation, efficiency, modernization, and AI/ML-enabled optimization.

• Organize operational workflows and implement governance and continuous improvement utilizing Agile best practices.

• Build and sustain high-performance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in project management and/or supervisory roles.

• Proven experience in managing and leading both small and large teams, including Senior Developers, Architects, SaaS delivery, and engineering teams.

• Background as a Change Manager for advancing IT systems.

• Experience in aligning technical work with business needs.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Capability to engage and facilitate discussions and meetings effectively.

• Strong collaborative skills and a solid understanding of team dynamics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and professional interaction skills.

• Proficiency in presenting information and addressing questions from clients and stakeholders.

• Aptitude for promptly identifying and resolving issues.

• Skilled in gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in problem resolution, manpower utilization, and employee relations.

• Experience in managing client relationships at senior organizational levels.

• Ability to convey complex technical information in clear, executive-friendly language.

• Strong presentation and briefing capabilities.

• Experience with cloud/platform operations like AWS and Salesforce.

• Knowledge of data governance and cross-functional alignment within Cloud and AI domains.

• Eligibility to obtain Public Trust clearance.

• Must have resided in the United States for at least three of the last five years.

• Work visa sponsorship will not be offered.
