Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and implement scalable and maintainable software applications and services.

• Oversee the entire development process, including solution design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Enhance application performance, reliability, security, and operability through strategic design and observability.

• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and partner teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers on software design, coding standards, and operational excellence.

• Advocate for automation, CI/CD practices, testability, and adherence to technical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience in designing, building, and supporting production applications or services.

• Proven experience in delivering complex software solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

• Background in mentoring engineers and playing a role in team-level technical decisions and standards.
