Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the artifact lifecycle system that governs collaboration between AI-assisted phases.

• Create schemas and traceability standards that link requirements, use cases, and implementation.

• Write and maintain instructions and skills for AI agents.

• Design, construct, and deploy AI agents that support the development lifecycle.

• Implement Python/Bash automation to enforce schema and quality gates.

• Evaluate and score the quality of AI outputs based on actual usage.

• Establish feedback loops to enhance the system continuously.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering stakeholders to uphold shared standards and facilitate handoffs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in building production software or internal platforms.

• Direct experience in designing agent instructions, prompt systems, or workflows supported by LLM.

• Familiarity with specification-driven or artifact-lifecycle systems that incorporate AI into the development lifecycle.

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents in production, including knowledge of agent architectures and orchestration patterns.

• Interest in testing, rubrics, evaluation datasets, LLM-as-judge methodologies, and observability in AI workflows.

• Experience in designing structured data contracts using JSON Schema, YAML, or similar technologies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, UX, and engineering stakeholders.

• Passion for emerging AI capabilities, platforms, tools, and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with agentic coding platforms and cloud-based agent platforms like Cursor, Claude Code, and Gemini.

• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python.

• Hands-on experience with agent development kits and platforms such as Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, and CrewAI.

• Proficient in Git, including branching, PR workflows, and managing cross-repo changes.

• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.

• Ability to create and manage agentic or automation integrations with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.

• Familiarity with tool-integration protocols such as MCP and CLI-based tools.
