📋 Description

• Develop, create, deploy, and sustain educational applications and sports training tools utilized by students, coaches, and families.

• Engage with the complete technology stack and school operations, encompassing data pipelines, AI-driven admissions agents, and coaching resources.

• Utilize Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and various other AI coding platforms as the main development environment.

• Take ownership of products from the initial idea through to production and subsequent iterations after launch.

• Collect and respond to feedback from students, coaches, and parents.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with the U.S. team and interact directly with company leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A product-oriented mindset prioritizing the needs of students, coaches, and parents.

• An engineering generalist who is comfortable working across mobile applications, websites, virtual reality experiences, games, and full-stack development.

• Daily proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or comparable AI coding tools.

• Experience in production work showcasing the use of AI coding tools as a core component of development.

• Solid engineering principles, including the ability to debug intricate issues, design APIs and data models, write maintainable code, and ensure production stability at scale.

• Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.

• Availability to work 60 or more hours each week, including weekends.

• Remote working capability.

• Bonus: experience in developing production agent-style workflows or automations.
