Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and implement end-to-end user-facing features

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prototype and develop product features

• Engage with engineers, product managers, customers, and partners

• Allocate approximately 70% of your time to development and 30% to requirements gathering, mentorship, and oversight

• Lead the development of significant features

• Enhance existing products and create new ones

• Utilize modern tools within the Microsoft .NET framework

• Take part in recruitment processes aided by automated and AI-supported tools, with hiring decisions made by recruitment teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the industry

• Mastery of the Microsoft .NET technology stack, including C#/.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs

• Proficient in SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent

• Understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript

• Experience with React and Knockout.js is a plus

• Capacity to empathize with users and advocate for their experience

• Ability to adopt a data-driven methodology for product decisions

• Familiarity with A/B testing is advantageous

• Excellent communication and technical writing capabilities

• Proficient with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, Visual Studio, JIRA, and other Microsoft development tools

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
