📋 Description

• Create, develop, test, deploy, and manage frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems.

• Construct systems that support models, specialized reasoning and resolution agents, and human-in-the-loop AI functionalities.

• Conduct A/B testing and deliver production features aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with product managers and operators to transform manual processes into agentic and AI-driven automations.

• Work alongside AI and ML engineers to create AI-native systems that integrate deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs.

• Design and implement secure, compliant, and scalable systems.

• Oversee a collection of projects that contribute to significant technical initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in building and managing production systems.

• Proven experience in owning features or services throughout their lifecycle in production.

• Background in independently leading projects from design to deployment and iteration.

• Experience in scaling production systems, including troubleshooting issues related to performance, reliability, and data accuracy.

• A keen interest in applied AI with a desire to enhance AI knowledge.

• A strong commitment to clean code, reliability, and readiness for production.
