Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop new capabilities and features within Posit’s product suite.

• Implement product modifications that enhance user experience.

• Deliver code updates that significantly improve customer satisfaction.

• Engage in feature planning and contribute constructive feedback.

• Navigate and comprehend the existing codebase.

• Strategize feature development and lead its execution.

• Share knowledge with team members, leveraging both existing skills and newly acquired insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in either Go or TypeScript.

• Proficient in either Python or R.

• Experience with backend systems, data tools, and data science frameworks is advantageous.

• A strong willingness and courage to learn is essential.

• Possess user empathy and a keen sense of product development.

• Solid technical background.

• Proven history of successfully launching products.

• Interest in developing AI tools and understanding when to apply AI solutions.
