Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain enterprise web applications utilizing Microsoft .NET and C#

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with Blazor

• Create and uphold cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and backend integrations

• Design and execute scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures

• Create, develop, and refine stored procedures, functions, and views with Microsoft SQL Server

• Construct and support services leveraging Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Service Bus, and Storage Services

• Engage in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation

• Publish and manage application releases on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

• Partake in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical team members

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions

• Provide support for production systems and troubleshoot issues as necessary

• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and ongoing modernization efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience

• Strong, demonstrable expertise in Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs / Web Services, and Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience in developing web applications using Blazor

• Experience in building mobile applications with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or similar frameworks

• Experience in developing enterprise systems utilizing Kafka or similar message queueing technologies

• Practical experience in deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure

• Experience in publishing and maintaining applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices

• Proficient with Git-based source control systems and modern DevOps methodologies

• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic AI software development

• Strong technical judgment, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

• Capacity to balance technical excellence with practical business requirements

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a small team
