Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional software enhancements and resolve bugs within established timelines.

• Offer technical direction and encourage best practices in coding, processes, and development throughout the team.

• Guide junior developers in technologies, products, design patterns, processes, and coding standards.

• Independently design and develop product features while collaborating with the broader team.

• Actively engage in Agile methodologies and disseminate information across the team.

• Enhance development techniques and assess new technologies that could benefit the team and the organization.

• Directly contribute to feature improvements and bug fixes.

• Assume responsibility for code quality and development processes within an Agile squad.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional software development experience, including at least five years working with C# and .NET.

• A demonstrated history of delivering high-quality commercial software solutions.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, CI/CD practices, ASP.NET, relational databases, and SQL.

• Proficient in creating and consuming HTTP/REST APIs and working with HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, or similar technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience with .NET Core or .NET 6+, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, Git, and NPM is a plus.
