Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, and manage secure, scalable software for Medicaid DDI programs and enhanced Provider Plus functionalities.

• Develop micro-frontends utilizing React/TypeScript and microservices with .NET 10/C#, serverless architectures, and contract-first REST APIs.

• Establish multi-tenant features through tenant isolation, configuration-driven behavior, feature flags, and synchronized API, UX, and schema versioning.

• Create PostgreSQL solutions and AWS implementations using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, Glue/Spark, MSK/Kafka, and EKS patterns.

• Execute integrations for REST, events, queues, batch processing, and managed file transfers, including adapters for SOAP/WCF interfaces.

• Develop Terraform and CI/CD assets for automated building, testing, security scanning, deployment, rollback, and environment promotion.

• Implement automated testing, observability, secure logging, code reviews, vulnerability remediation, and production-readiness protocols.

• Enhance delivery speed through cloud-native engineering and approved AI coding tools while ensuring developer accountability for design, security, correctness, testing, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript development.

• Experience with React and modern APIs is preferred.

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise applications, integrations, or cloud-native services.

• Experience with Medicaid/MMIS/MES is preferred.

• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design, and secure coding practices.

• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.

• Video cameras are required to be used during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
