• Extensive professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Proficient in both frontend and backend development.

• Experience managing substantial product or technical projects from inception to production.

• Capable of navigating ambiguity and making sound technical choices.

• Commitment to usability, reliability, maintainability, and overall product quality.

• Skilled in breaking down complex issues into practical solutions and delivering them.

• Ability to discern when a system warrants deeper technical investment versus a simpler approach.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools and a proactive approach to exploring AI's impact on software development.

• Competent in articulating technical decisions clearly and collaborating effectively with product, design, and engineering teams.
