• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience or a solid foundation in software engineering, typically around 5 years.

• Strong grasp of web scalability challenges and their solutions.

• Openness and capability to utilize AI coding tools.

• Capacity to independently tackle complex, less-defined issues and propose effective solutions.

• Background in mentoring peers and engaging in architectural discussions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred: Over 7 years of software development experience, or equivalent expertise.

• Proficient in JavaScript, particularly with ReactJS.

• Skilled in C# and ASP.NET.

• Familiarity with SQL Server, including advantages in performance tuning or query optimization.

• Experience in political software, campaign technology, or election readiness.

• Practical experience with Azure, Redis, and ElasticSearch.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.

• Experience in building or integrating AI/LLM-powered product features.

• Experience with third-party API integrations.
