Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather user requirements and convert them into technical design documentation.

• Create scalable software architectures that address both current and future cross-functional requirements, encompassing software, hardware, and communication elements.

• Produce high-level system design diagrams.

• Develop moderate to complex web applications across various platforms.

• Design, construct, test, and maintain applications, websites, data processes, and user interfaces.

• Continuously enhance CI/CD pipelines to guarantee code quality and alignment with DevOps practices.

• Conduct code reviews and advocate for coding standards.

• Promote the adoption of engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with project management to establish technical direction and plan delivery schedules.

• Lead the design, development, and advancement of the technology stack.

• Ensure that platforms are robust, scalable, and prepared for future demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in .NET 8+ for developing Web APIs and Worker Services.

• Strong experience with C# 8 and later versions.

• Practical experience with Elasticsearch.

• Comprehensive knowledge of MS SQL Server, including Entity Framework Core and Dapper.

• Familiarity with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.

• Proficient in Azure DevOps, encompassing Repos, Pipelines, and Releases.

• Experience with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.

• Understanding of in-memory and distributed caching solutions using tools like Redis.

• Development experience in microservices architecture.

• Solid comprehension of unit testing practices and frameworks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to simplify complex ideas.

• Collaborative attitude and capacity for cross-functional teamwork.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Flexibility in dynamic environments.
