Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and enhance User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Engage in quarterly planning and establish iteration (sprint) objectives

• Participate in research and prototyping activities

• Work in close partnership with product architects to refine technical solutions

• Implement best practices in design and coding to produce high-quality components

• Create solutions and ensure that iteration objectives are achieved

• Write automated tests to guarantee code quality

• Take part in code reviews to uphold high standards

• Strive for continuous improvement in team processes

• Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and beyond

• Develop dependable and scalable solutions utilizing the Aras Innovator infrastructure to fulfill business requirements and client needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer

• Proficient in development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL

• Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns

• Skills in performance optimization and analytics

• Familiarity with software development processes, including estimation and workflow

• Knowledge of AI-Assisted Development

• Understanding of LLM fundamentals, including types of models, their capabilities, limitations, and how to select the appropriate model

• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities

• A growth mindset with a dedication to ongoing learning

• Adaptability to change

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities

• Strong skills in problem analysis and solution development

• Keen attention to detail in all areas of development

• Must be authorized to work in Poland
