📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture, design, and execution of high-performance backend systems.

• Architect, develop, and enhance scalable, low-latency REST APIs and service layers utilizing Python and Flask.

• Create robust schemas and optimize database queries with SQLAlchemy.

• Lead technical design evaluations and set engineering best practices.

• Guide junior and mid-level engineers through mentorship.

• Implement authentication, rate limiting, and observability across distributed backend services.

• Design fault-tolerant backend services employing circuit breakers and defensive validation techniques.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish API contracts, architectural patterns, and integration workflows.

• Enhance system performance and promote fault-tolerant system design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and relational databases.

• Extensive knowledge of RESTful architecture, HTTP protocols, API versioning, and security best practices.

• Expertise in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, automated testing, and observability tools.

• Understanding of AI tooling, agentic workflows, transformer architectures, and background processing systems.
