Senior Software Engineer – AI Security

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, from concept and research to architecture and production.

• Create and deploy AI-driven security solutions across frontend, backend, and APIs.

• Design scalable and high-quality interfaces and systems tailored for actual user workflows.

• Identify challenges, make informed decisions, and execute tasks independently with minimal guidance.

• Collaborate as necessary while maintaining a lean ownership approach and exercising high autonomy.

• Enhance adoption and impact by iterating based on real-world usage data.

• Utilize LLMs and AI tools to expedite development processes and boost team productivity.

• Consistently enhance systems, code quality, and developer workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing end-to-end products encompassing UI, APIs, systems, and deployment.

• Ability to think from first principles.

• Demonstrated high agency, ownership, and capacity for independent execution.

• Proficient in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a solid foundation in engineering principles.

• Experience or a strong interest in AI-driven development, including LLMs, agents, automation, and copilots.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance development speed and decision-making processes.

• Capability to thrive in low-structure, fast-paced environments with minimal dependence on PM/design support.

• Practical decision-making skills that balance speed, quality, and long-term objectives.

• A minimum of 4 years of engineering experience in both frontend and backend development is recommended for most candidates.

• A keen interest and knowledge in security is advantageous.
