This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Formulate and enhance the enterprise AI strategy, governance frameworks, standards, and usage policies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to discover, assess, and prioritize valuable AI and automation initiatives.
• Oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of AI platforms, tools, and services.
• Propel the delivery of AI and automation solutions from inception to production.
• Lead cross-functional teams in addressing business challenges and providing measurable value.
• Develop repeatable implementation patterns, reusable templates, best practices, and accelerators.
• Work in partnership with application, data, infrastructure, and security teams to embed AI into business processes and workflows.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to security, privacy, data governance, legal, regulatory, and responsible AI standards.
• Evaluate the adoption, business impact, and operational efficiency of AI initiatives.
• Counsel business and IT leaders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and applicable use cases.
• Guide technical personnel and foster organizational AI competencies through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of contemporary AI platforms, copilots, agents, automation technologies, large language models, and implementation methodologies.
• Capability to convert business challenges into actionable technology solutions that yield measurable results.
• Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, business processes, and data platforms.
• Background in collaborating across business and technical teams, influencing stakeholders, and promoting the adoption of new capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments and construct structure, standards, and processes where they currently do not exist.
• Practical, execution-focused mindset oriented towards business value, adoption, and delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise applications, business process automation, data platforms, manufacturing systems, engineering systems, supply chain processes, or other operational business contexts is highly preferred.
