This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create top-notch software solutions in the realms of hyperautomation and workflow management utilizing advanced AI technologies.
• Assume responsibility for intricate full-stack development projects.
• Review SRS documents, address unresolved issues with stakeholders, and convert business needs into solid software architectures.
• Design data models and entity-relationship diagrams.
• Specify RESTful and OpenAPI interfaces.
• Develop security strategies employing RBAC, OAuth, and JWT in alignment with OWASP standards.
• Construct high-performance, scalable applications using Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, React, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
• Formulate unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Maintain code quality through thorough code reviews.
• Actively identify security vulnerabilities such as XSS, SQL injection, and CSRF.
• Deploy applications on self-hosted servers.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Enhance monitoring dashboards.
• Critically assess and refine AI-generated code, pinpoint architectural deficiencies, and enhance performance.
• Clearly convey technical trade-offs and present solution alternatives to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification as an IT professional in application development.
• Multiple years of hands-on software development experience, substantiated by a portfolio or project references.
• Daily productive engagement with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and database design utilizing SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Senior-level proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, Go, C#, or Java.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular, with senior-level expertise in at least one.
• Competence in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and contemporary UI/UX patterns.
• Thorough knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, including injection, XSS, CSRF, and broken authentication.
• Practical experience with authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and SSO.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Capability to deploy applications on self-hosted servers, not just in the cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
