This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define and advance the architecture of services and components for the Generative AI platform.
• Create agent components utilizing LangGraph and LangChain, encompassing orchestration, state management, memory, and tool integration.
• Integrate models and runtime services leveraging Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Develop and maintain Model Gateway solutions, ensuring standardized access, model routing, usage control, and contingency protocols.
• Establish guardrails, tool authorization, human approval, and action control mechanisms within platform workflows.
• Create tool integrations and contracts via APIs, MCP, and automations using n8n.
• Lead proofs of concept and conduct technical evaluations of emerging technologies and tools.
• Define and advocate for architectural standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Offer technical mentorship, code reviews, and development support to team members.
• Implement monitoring, traceability, and continuous evaluation strategies to ensure quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in platform testing, observability, security, and governance practices.
• Develop reusable components and templates to facilitate the adoption of solutions in production.
• Extensive experience with Python and developing Generative AI applications in production settings.
• Practical experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Familiarity with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Proven track record in defining and implementing architectures for intelligent agents.
• Understanding of guardrails, agent security, and access control for data and tools.
• Experience with Model Gateway, model integration, and usage management.
• Proficiency in n8n, REST APIs, and tool contracts via MCP.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience in agent evaluation, observability, and LLMOps and AgentOps methodologies.
• Background in automated testing, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to act as a technical reference and promote engineering best practices.
• Availability to work remotely from Brazil, specifically in the Alphaville - Barueri area.
