Senior Software Development Engineer – Workforce Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Senior Software Engineer and technical lead for platform integrations.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the technology and systems that support the service.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, highly available cloud-based applications utilizing C#/.NET and client-installed agents.

• Uphold high standards of software quality and security.

• Assess code and processes to promote enhancements.

• Collaborate with product management, architecture, customer support, project management, UX, and development teams.

• Employ Scrum methodologies to comprehend requirements, suggest technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Enhance applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud production.

• Collaborate with support and customers to address issues.

• Refine development and automation processes, including code quality, end-to-end testing, security scans, monitoring, and tiered incident response.

• Mentor and offer technical guidance to fellow engineers.

• Foster continuous learning about Privileged Access Management trends and technologies.

• Contribute to shared code, tools, and techniques across Platform teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of professional experience as a software engineer.

• More than 3 years of experience in software design and architecture.

• Specialization in .NET development.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capacity to learn extensive codebases.

• Experience with multiple programming languages, including Python, Go, Erlang, JavaScript, TypeScript, and others.

• Proficient in C# and .NET Core.

• Azure Cloud development experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automated testing.

• Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management, Secret Server/Vault solutions, and cybersecurity principles is preferred.

• Experience in customer support interactions is desirable.

• Experience with SQL and code optimization is a plus.

• Experience in a FedRAMP environment is a plus.

• Successful completion of a thorough criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer.
