Senior Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and consistently improve enterprise-scale Provider Applications

• Drive technical solutions to address complex business challenges

• Ensure the stability of applications

• Lead cross-functional initiatives as a Project Owner

• Balance hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership and delivery ownership

• Oversee teams of vendors and contractors

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

• Deliver impactful solutions that enhance provider data systems and operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of practical application development experience using Python and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• 2+ years of experience in leading or contributing to large-scale application development projects

• Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies

• Proven track record in project/program management, including planning, execution tracking, and delivery oversight

• Strong organizational, leadership, and planning abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders

• Prior experience with provider data systems, healthcare platforms, or payer environments

• Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and messaging systems

• Strong analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
