Senior Software Developer – Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the creation and development of the product's quality assurance strategy

• Design, implement, and sustain both manual and automated testing procedures

• Engage actively in the analysis of business and technical requirements

• Conduct testing on distributed systems and validate integrations between components

• Work alongside the development team to deliver high-quality solutions

• Enhance and refine testing processes and CI/CD pipelines

• Evaluate quality risks and recommend preventive measures

• Oversee system performance quality and assess key metrics

• Generate and uphold test documentation

• Assist the team in fostering a culture centered on quality and continual improvement within the software development lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of experience as a Tester/QA Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior capacity

• Proven experience in designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests

• Competence in creating and maintaining test scenarios, test cases, and documentation

• Hands-on experience in testing systems that utilize asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture, including queues and messaging

• Familiarity with testing and automating REST APIs

• Experience in creating and managing automated UI, API, and end-to-end tests

• Knowledge of test automation tools, particularly Playwright

• Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks

• Understanding and experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD)

• Familiarity with Git, including branching, merge requests, and code reviews

• Ability to prepare or adapt CI/CD pipelines and integrate testing processes utilizing GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner, or GitHub Actions

• Capability to monitor system quality and stability with Grafana and analyze essential business and technical metrics

• Comfortable working with relational databases and using SQL (PostgreSQL)

• Proficient in English communication skills, with a minimum level of B2
