Senior Software Developer, Payroll-Deducted Loans Squad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist in defining technical solutions while assessing architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and overall system impacts.

• Identify risks, technical debt, potential areas for enhancement, and architectural improvements.

• Establish and advocate for best practices in development, unit and integration testing, acceptance criteria, code reviews, and observability.

• Support the team in developing robust and dependable solutions.

• Ensure the quality and ongoing enhancement of technical documentation, encompassing architecture, integrations, and API contracts.

• Serve as a technical reference for analyzing and resolving production incidents.

• Conduct root cause analyses, aid decision-making in critical situations, and recommend preventive measures and structural enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, software design patterns, and industry-standard architectures.

• Experience in designing and developing distributed systems utilizing microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in C# and .NET 8 or newer, along with data access using Dapper.

• Familiarity with transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.

• Experience in creating and managing queues using RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Knowledge of distributed caching with Redis.

• Experience in managing releases, version control with GitLab, and CI/CD practices.

• Skill in unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming.

• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.

• Practical experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication.

• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure and/or AWS.

• Familiarity with task management systems, preferably Jira.
