Senior Software Developer, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for generating the software artifacts that the Squad is tasked with delivering.

• Serve as a Senior Java Software Developer in Montreal, within a Brazilian technology firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Attained higher education (undergraduate degree and/or lato sensu postgraduate degree and/or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology.

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer and in agile development methodologies.

• High level of expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

• Background in developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA and relational database systems.

• Experience in automated testing with JUnit and Mockito.

• Knowledge of Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.

• Implementation of development best practices, comprising Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
