Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.

• Build and support backend APIs and integrations.

• Create solutions utilizing event-driven architectures and contemporary software engineering methodologies.

• Analyze business requirements and independently determine the optimal approach, stakeholders, and information sources necessary for successful outcomes.

• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating intricate concepts into understandable business language.

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, managing responsibilities as they evolve.

• Contribute to AI-centered customer projects, including fintech payment platforms and global insurance systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building software solutions within commercial, academic, or project settings.

• Proficient in strongly typed languages suitable for libraries, such as C++, Java, C#, Go, or Rust.

• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Svelte.

• Experience in designing, developing, and utilizing APIs across backend services and user-facing applications.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and modern distributed systems.

• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code quality, maintainability, and secure development principles.

• Capability to articulate architectural decisions, technology selections, and the design and implementation of solutions.

• Exposure to contemporary technology stacks in frontend, backend, cloud, AI, or related technologies.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile environments.

• A curious and proactive mindset towards understanding requirements, researching solutions, and identifying stakeholders.
