Senior Software Developer, C#/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop the new ShareGate Migrate web application.

• Implement robust full-stack features that adhere to quality, performance, and UX standards.

• Influence the team’s technical decisions, including the choice of libraries, patterns, and testing strategies.

• Convert user requirements into straightforward, well-crafted experiences in partnership with Product and Design.

• Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) in a reliable and secure manner.

• Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions.

• Elevate the team’s technical standards through code reviews and mentorship.

• Create reusable technical patterns and assist in developing a fully web-based experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of software development experience, preferably in a product-focused environment.

• Strong expertise in frontend development using React (TypeScript).

• Solid experience in backend development with C# / .NET.

• Proven ability to apply strong technical judgment within a product framework.

• Experience working alongside Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Daily use of AI tools in software development is required.

• Strong and direct communication skills, with the capacity to constructively challenge product decisions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
