Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and improve the core platform constructed using PHP.

• Create new projects and microservices utilizing Node.js, as well as interfaces with React and TypeScript.

• Implement omnichannel integrations via messaging APIs, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS gateways.

• Design and utilize RESTful APIs and microservices, adhering to Clean Code principles and scalable architecture.

• Write code, perform code reviews, and develop automated tests.

• Create and incorporate AI-driven features using LLMs, agents, RAG, and generative AI tools.

• Connect applications and AI models through APIs, Function/Tool Calling, and specialized services.

• Leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle, including code generation, analysis, refactoring, and testing.

• Take responsibility for the software deliverables that the Squad is expected to produce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed higher education (technologist degree, bachelor's degree, and/or lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Software Developer and in agile development methodologies.

• Advanced expertise in PHP.

• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Proficiency in React and the build ecosystem, including Vite.

• Understanding of microservices and integrations with messaging APIs.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with MongoDB.

• Expertise in LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, Function/Tool Calling, AI model API integration, and prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar technologies is preferred.

• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and context-retrieval strategies.

• Experience with Elastic/Elasticsearch.

• Understanding of LDAP.

• Knowledge of DAX and Python.

• Expertise in LLM response evaluation, context management, structured outputs, guardrails, and observability for AI applications.
